365 Opening shared mailbox in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

To open a shared mailbox via Outlook on Web, please take the following steps.

Log in to https://outlook.office.com/ .

Then at the top right you will see your avatar or initials (see image, 1), click on this.

Then click on Open Mailbox (see image, 2).

This will be different depending on your preferred language setting.

Type in (partially or completely) the mailbox you should have access to.

Then click on the mailbox in the list.

Then click on "Open".

This will open a new tab in your browser with the shared mailbox.
