365 Remove account / mailbox from Outlook (Desktop, Windows)

In case you want to remove a configured mailbox / account from your Outlook,

please execute the following instructions;


  1. Open your Outlook and press on File.
  2. Then click Account Settings, and again on Account Settings.
  3. Select / click on the mailbox / account you want to remove, then Remove.
