365 Configure Mail Android (Outlook)

Configure Outlook for Android for the first time

Note: If you have a workaccount where the Intune Company Portal-app is enforced, please install it from the Google Play Store before you configure Outlook for Android. It is possible your IT-administrator require you to  enroll your Android device into the company Intune.

Install the Outlook for Android-app from the Google Play Store and open it.

Click on First time setup if this is the first time you open Outlook.

To add another email account, click the menu > Settings > Add Account > Add emailaccount.

Outlook detects automatically your Google-accounts.

To add them to Outlook for Android, click on the Google Connect Account then click OK to confirm.

Click on Confirm to allow Outlook to have access to your contacts.

If you don't want to add these accounts, click on Skip and continue to step 4.

Select the you want to add and click on Add Account.

You might need to login.

Click on Confirm to have offline access.

Configure an additional e-mailaccount

Type your full emailadress and click on Continue.

If you're being asked to choose a provider, select Exchange or an IMAP-/POP-account.

Type the password from your e-mailaccount and click on Login of Next.

The login screen might differ from the images. This depends on your e-mailprovider.

Verify your second authorisation if MFA is enforced.
