Install Quick Assist

It's possible if you're on Windows 10 that you don't have Quick Assist yet .

You can install it from the Microsoft Store;

Open Quick Assist

Press Control (Ctrl), Windows (WinKey) and Q

If the key combination does not work, you can also look up the program in the Start menu.

Open the Start menu and type " Quick ."

1 of the options should be " Quick Assist ". Open this.

If asked if the program can make changes, click Yes .

Use Quick Assist

You will receive a code from the assistant that you must enter.

You will then be asked if the person can view your PC.

Click Allow .

Then another security question appears at the top, where the person requests control over your PC.

Click Allow again .
